Cancel Your Subscription
We are so sorry you want to cancel your subscription to Green Grab Bag. Keep in mind that only month-to-month subscribers are able to cancel. You must cancel before your regular monthly charge date, which is the same date every month, based on the date you signed up (i.e., if you signed up on March 5th, you will get charged again on the 5th of every month). Since we do not issue refunds, if you cancel after your monthly charge date, you will get the next bag and then your subscription will cease.
Yearly subscribers cannot cancel during the course of the year, but you can change the recipient and/or shipping address. We will contact you near the end of the period to see if you’d like to renew. We would very much appreciate it if you would tell us why you are leaving. The feedback is so important to helping us make Green Grab Bag better and better.
